The Power of Experience
 

I look back on more than 30 years of experience with scale-ups, privately-owned and publicly traded companies, and private equity sponsorship. I’m a competent and successful executive who has served in various leadership roles in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and feed/food/pet food industries. My specialties are change management, turn-arounds, reorganization, and restructure of companies that offer high business potential, but lack focus, efficiency, and strategic outlook. As a former C-suite executive, I have implemented clear strategic visions by yielding significant improvements in revenue, margins, and long-term growth. Most recently, as the President of an established pharmaceutical company under PE-ownership, I changed the entire focus of the company, cultivated new and promising brands in new industry segments, and majorly contributed to the successful exit of the PE-owner who was able to achieve more than five times multiple, cash-on-cash, within only two years.

I’m an avid cyclist who has competed successfully at both national and international levels—winning major races including a national state championship.
